1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SentrIQ Labs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SentrIQ Labs provides an automated FedRAMP and StateRAMP compliance platform that helps organizations achieve and maintain security compliance. The Service includes cloud infrastructure scanning, gap analysis, documentation generation, and continuous monitoring capabilities.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One registration per person/legal entity is allowed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code
• Use automated systems or software to extract data (scraping)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Sell, resell, or exploit the Service without authorization
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SentrIQ Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for extended unplanned downtime as outlined in our SLA documentation.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That the Service will meet your specific compliance requirements
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information

The Service provides compliance automation tools but does not guarantee regulatory approval or certification. You remain responsible for your compliance obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRIQ LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SentrIQ Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SentrIQ Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• By you: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• By us: Immediately for violation of these Terms or non-payment
• By either party: With 30 days written notice

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be deleted.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service at least 30 days before becoming effective. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

15. Severability
